Cheyenne/ Sioux Tipi The Cheyenne and Sioux Tipis are very similar. The tribes lived in close proximity and had much in common, including their tipi designs. Our pattern incorporates both tipi styles. Traditional long smoke flaps create a slender smoke hole in the front of the tipi. The Cheyenne-Sioux is our most popular tipi.
