This is a new Discraft Elite-Z-X2. This plastic was just introduced when this disc was stamped. This is a 100% hand drawn hot stamp of a half of a human skull. The basket is in the nose cannal. Look at the detail of the players on the skull, and one throwing from inside the nose cannal.
