I weigh the item on an Office Depot scale and I then go to the USPS website, put in the weight, and come up with a cost less insurance and delivery confirmation.  I take care of the delivery confirmation and you, the buyer, must pay for insurance.  If you make a mistake on the shipping costs, will you ask for more shipping cost? No.  I will cover the additional cost to ship the item.  What do I do if the item is damaged during shipping?         Save all packaging for shipper inspection and notify me of the damage within 3 days of receipt.  I will start the insurance process.  If I get the insurance refund claim, I will send the amount to you but the claim may or may not include shipping.  This is true with USPS claims I have dealt with.  Are there returns on items you sell? For the most part, I don’t allow returns or refunds.    If I do allow returns/refunds, because I made a MAJOR ERROR ON THIS LISTING, I will require you to ship the item back to me (at your expense) and then if I deem the problem was mine, I will issue a refund, less any shipping incurred, within a one week by the same method you paid me by. FEEDBACK:   How do you leave feedback?
