You are looking at a pair of BRAND NEW suede chaps by Barnstable.  These chaps are made in the USA from premium leathers.  We sold this brand for years in our tack store and customers requested them by name for their quality and fit.  This pair is a childs size 14 and the color is black.  Barnstable recommends measuring the upper thigh to determine the appropriate size. This pair measures 19" at the upper thigh. Thoughtful design went into these chaps as they can be trimmed to length without interfearing with the side zipper. Barnstable only uses heavy YKK zippers for years of use.  The front as well as the back have adjustable buckles to fit a wide range of waist sizes.
