Bottom line is I abide by Ebay~If you are new to ebay and don't know-ASK? I check email MANY times a day! I accept Paypal,Money Order & Personal Checks!    (I hold item 10 days until your check clears!)I will not harass you for payment but if I do not hear from you within 3 days I will send a 2nd invoice-on the 7th day I file a non-paying bidder alert-Ball is in your court then-A little communication is all that is needed most times to prevent misunderstandings-SO JUST TELL ME IF THERE IS A PROBLEM-We ALL have issues occasionally and I am reasonable-(just don't try to verify that with my EX)   FEEDBACK~EVERYONE is on the Edge these days about FEEDBACK!!!  My feelings are mixed! Or I'm niave some sellers will say!  A Bad Seller will hold your feedback until you have left positive to prevent you from leaving negative or neutral. AND YES NUETRALS DO HURT The SAME AS A NEGATIVE UNDER THE NEW RULES!! Shipping-I generally ship on a daily basis-I am not trying to make money on shipping but I don't offer a lot of free shipping and here is why: Ebay takes a % of the amount an item sells for-they do not take a % of the shipping you pay me-therefore I charge what it will cost me so I can keep more -after all we are all in this to save money or make money right? SO PLEASE,PLEASE Do not agree to my shipping by bidding then leave me less than 5 stars for charging a reasonable amount-AND YES EBAY holds  a star rating of 4.8 against a seller-and since you can only leave a 5,4,3,2 or 1 then less than a 5 hurts me so YES I am begging!!  :]While I do not condone sellers that are selling items for a penny and overcharging on the shipping at least now you might understand how they are able to do that-so PLEASE for YOUR Sake and the honest sellers out there-Check the amount of shipping vs the item and don't pass us honest ones over for a penny bargain that you pay double the shipping on!! REFUNDS-when it is a size issue I will be happy to refund your purchase price if you return it to me at your expense.  I will not refund ANY shipping unless I misrepresent the size or quality!! If I do so it is by mistake and I will be more than happy to refund total costs that the buyer incurs plus 5% for your inconvenience!! I don't think you can get better service than that!! International Shipping~ I will ship internationally but please allow an extra day or so for me to get to the post office.  I have no control over USPS and the service and rate changes they have put into effect recently.
