By mexitech As a college student and future nurse, I write a lot and will continue to do so indefinitely. To top it off, I have numerous amounts of papers to turn in, which must be typed. I had pain developing after long periods of writing or typing, and the sad thing is that I'm 18 years old - not a good time in my life to have pain! I got this Dynaflex hoping that it would ease my pain, and it did! It is kind of difficult to get the hang of it, but once you do, you never forget (just like riding a bike). Frerich i was a little skeptical that this would actually work my hand out, but i was way wrong. after just a couple seconds you can feel it start to burn ( at a slow pace), i can barely hold it at a high pace for a couple seconds. i was also confused as to what actually spun inside the ball. the wheel inside rotates on its axis, and those bearings rotates around the black rubber grip. i haven't figured out how to start it without the string yet. some of their "karate chop" methods seem a little hard on the bearings... idk, just seems like a bad idea. i bought this with a 7 lb "gripmaster" (at a store). great buy.
