What makes this program so effective is that your gymnast will be able to actually watch the routines on Uneven Bar, Floor, Vault, and Beam performed Correctly. First You Enter What Level Your Gymnast is currently working on. You can then Choose to see any of the compulsory routines as shown in the actual screen shot above.  Being a parent and wanting my daughter to score 10's every time she competed, that was our expectations. I know this is unrealistic, but it took me several competitions to get this through my head. But have you ever watched their routine and wonder, what did she do wrong - it looked perfect - didn't it - what's wrong with the judges - The Judges dislike our gym. I have said them all. This took the guess work out for me. I knew every major element that the judges used to score and we made sure to master them. They are listed in the above screen shot. The First time you watch the video, it is at full speed. You will see exactly what the routine should look like in Competition. The video then replays the entire routine - except this time in slow motion. This allows you to see exactly how every element is to be performed. Arm position, Leg position, Movement, etc. The video actually pauses through every movement that is required. Along with being able to see the body positions paused - they actually provide voice assistance that tells you exactly what the proper technique is through every movement of the routine. Priceless. After the completion of the regular speed and slow speed demonstrations, they show you drills your gymnast can do to practice that will help them with the technical part of their routines. This is another great part of having this video. This was exactly what I was looking for. Normally your purchase will be shipped on the first business day following payment.
