This bag is hand constructed and filled with gravel. The gravel provides a harder and more solid striking surface for those wanting to follow this progression with the hanging bag.  Hanging bag striking provides a completely different and much more difficult level of training over stationary or supported striking bag training. It is the next level after stationary training is under way. Develops the ability and explosiveness to striking a "live" target with Iron Palm or Iron fist force.
