The bikes these components come off of have never been ridden. OEM components come with original warranty, but do not come with original box or owner’s manual. Shipping methods: USA shipments will ship via USPS, FedEx or UPS. Shipping method will be noted in the shipping section of the listing. Complete bikes shipping to Canada will ship through FedEx Int’l. All other international sales will ship through United States Postal Service. This is the most cost effective shipping method. Priority Mail International shipments generally take 6-10 business days, but can and have taken up to 16 business days. HIBS reserves the right to choose the carrier depending upon the winning / Buy It Now destination location. If concerned about the shipping method that will be chosen, please ask us prior to purchase. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and USA Territories Shipping charges will only cost more on larger items such as forks, wheels, frames and complete bikes. All other items will be the normal USA Shipping costs. Please request a quote before bidding/buying if you are interested in any of the above mentioned items. International shipping HIBS can ship most items internationally. Method of shipping we use is USPS Priority Mail International. If an item can be shipped in a USPS Priority Mail flat rate envelope, we can ship to any country. If the item has to be shipped in a box, we will note the countries we are able to ship to and the shipping price in the item description section. If international shipping is not disclosed, please contact us for a quote prior to purchase. Customs fees: Your country may have import duties and/or taxes on shipments delivered from the USA. Generally, items paid for before 3pm EST will ship out the next morning. Items paid for after 3pm EST, will ship out within 48 hours. Items purchased over the weekend or holiday will ship out within 48 hours of the next business day. HIBS will not ship any items out until your payment is complete. This means that if you make a non-instant PayPal payment, we cannot ship out your package until the payment has cleared through PayPal. Returns: Returns are accepted if we are notified within 3 days of you receiving the item. Cost of item will be refunded after we are in receipt of the package.
