Order Processing
We process and ship orders every business day, Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or National holidays.
Order Consolidation/Reduced Shipping for Multiple Items

Insurance
We insure your purchase for its full value and all orders will include an additional $0.79 insurance charge.
Tracking your Package
You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail the day that your order leaves our facility. This e-mail will contain your tracking number (if available) along with a link to the tracking website for your package. Please note that the US Postal Service does not offer package tracking at this time so USPS shipments will not be trackable.
Days in Transit
Days in transit are Monday through Friday only. Saturday, Sunday and National holidays are not considered days in transit. Also, the day that your order leaves our facility is not considered a day in transit. For example:
• A 2nd Day Air package shipped on Monday will arrive on Wednesday
• A 2nd Day Air package shipped on Friday will arrive on the following Tuesday
If you are considering an upgraded service or are just unsure about how long your package will take to arrive, please contact us so that we may assist you to choose the appropriate method.
Customer Pickups
Unfortunately we have stopped allowing local pickups, due to the amount of auctions that we are selling and certain paypal and credit card dispute issues that we have had to face.
Domestic Shipping:
Continental United States
UPS Ground is our standard shipping method within the Continental US. UPS Ground requires 1 to 7 business days to arrive after leaving our facility and is fully trackable in route. We cannot ship to PO Boxes so please be sure to provide us with a physical shipping address.
For specific small, light weight, low value items such as Shirts, socks, gloves, headcovers, etc. we ship through a service called UPS Mail Innovations (Click Here for more information) for shipments within the Continental US. Due to varying delivery times we say that it may take up to 15 business days (usually it doesn't) These packages are trackable from point to point, until they get to the US post office but do include Delivery Conformation. UPS Mail Innovations is not available for all of our items.
Upgraded Shipments
For those of you in a hurry we also offer expedited shipping options including UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select. Prices for these expedited services are quoted in our checkout system for you to consider and you can also check the shipping calculator in the auction.
Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
UPS is our Standard shipping method to AK, HI and PR. We also offer UPS 2nd Day and Next Day Air services, if available to your zip code. USPS Priority Mail is not Available.
APO/FPO Addresses and US Protectorates/Territories
We ship to APO/FPO addresses via US Postal Service Priority Mail. We can ship nearly all of our items to you, although some restrictions do apply especially on heavy items such as weight equipment. Delivery time varies widely from 5-30 days although most items arrive in less than 2 weeks and delivery confirmation is not currently available.

International Shipping:
International
UPS Worldwide Express, Worldwide Expedited, and Worldwide Saver are our standard shipping methods to all points outside of the United States. Worldwide Expedited is, generally, delivered in just 3-7 business days after leaving our facility. All of our International shipments are fully insured and trackable online from the time that it leaves our facility until it arrives on your doorstep.
Canadian Customers
You will have the additional option of UPS Canadian standard. These shipments will not include any Customs Clearance fees, Brokerage Fees or duties and taxes in the shipping price. Canadian Customers will be held accountable for paying all fees.
Brokerage Fees
UPS Worldwide Express, Worldwide Expedited is a brokerage paid service. This means that our shipping charge includes the cost of shipping and brokerage fees. While you will be responsible for customs duties, taxes any additional import fees upon delivery, you will not be subject to third party brokerage charges.

Customs Duties and Taxes
Depending on your country’s laws, you may be subject to import duties and taxes on your purchase. Your charge from MassCloseouts includes only the cost of your item(s) and the cost of shipping and you will be responsible for paying any additional import duties and taxes at the time of delivery prior to your package being released to you. Please note that we have no control over these charges nor can we predict accurately what they may be. Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local government office if you'd like more information.
Commercial Invoices and Declared Values
All of our international shipments include a commercial invoice. We represent all of our products as merchandise and the declared value for each item will be the exact price that you paid for it. We cannot, under any circumstances, lower the declared value or mark the package as anything but merchandise (this means NO gifts!!). We also note shipping charges on the commercial invoice as required by the carrier. We do not include the shipping charges in the value of the item.
After winning an item in auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase, all buyers must complete our secure checkout process to submit payment and insure prompt handling of your order. (Please note that we do not use eBay Checkout.) All payments must be made in US dollars.

Check-Out by Email
Within 5 hours of the auction's end, we will notify you (via your eBay registered email address) that you are the winning bidder. Our e-mail will contain a link to our secure checkout system, where you will be able to pay for your purchase. If you have not received our winning bidder e-mail within 24 hours, please contact us at

PayPal
We are proud to offer PayPal within our secure checkout system. Just check the PayPal option in step 2 of our checkout!!
Please be careful of the funding source that you select when making PayPal payment. A PayPal e-check is the electronic equivalent of a personal check. Orders paid for with a PayPal e-check will be held until PayPal provides notification that your funds have cleared. This usually requires 3-4 business days from the date payment is initiated.
Please note that we require that you ship to your PayPal confirmed billing address and, accordingly, our checkout system will not permit you to enter and any address other than your confirmed billing address. If you need to ship to different address, you can pay directly through our checkout system using a credit card or you can contact us by e-mail or phone to make a special request for an exception.

Sales Tax
State law requires that we charge 8.1% sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses within the state of Arizona.
Combined Shipping / Order Consolidation / Reduced Shipping for Multiple Items
If you are bidding on multiple auction items, we are glad to offer you combined (reduced) shipping charges. Our checkout system will automatically combine your auction purchases into a single order and consolidate your shipping charges.
In order to receive combined shipping savings, please do not checkout until after your last auction has closed or last Buy It Now has been completed. Once your last auction has closed, please proceed to our checkout system and you will find all of your items in your shopping cart and will be offered combined shipping accordingly. Once checkout has been completed, item consolidation will stop for that order and no additional items may be added. Please if you are having trouble with this contact us.
Please note: To Calculate shipping charges for the Economy Saver Shipping all you have to do is take the highest Base Shipping Charge from the items that you won and add the additional items shipping charge for each additional item that you purchased from us.
International Customers and upgraded domestic shipping methods: the shipping price is based on the total size and weight of each item in your order and calculated accordingly based on the service that you select.
Payment Terms
We require that all items be paid for within 7 days of the end of the auction. If you are bidding on multiple items and need more than 7 days to complete payment, please be sure to contact us. If an item remains unpaid for 10 days, we will begin the Unpaid Item process with eBay to recoup our eBay fees and will, ultimately, release the product back into our inventory for re-sale.
Returns / Canceling Bids
Unused Items may be returned at customer's expense (i.e. Shipping cost back to us) for a refund of the item price minus a 10% or $2.00 minimum Restocking Fee whichever is greater (shipping costs are not refunded) for up to 30 days from purchase.
All Unused items are exchangeable, MassCloseouts online stores price will be given in credit, and store price will be charged for any item wanted. This will apply for 90 days from purchase. items with zero shipping costs that are returned for an exchange may have an additional return shipping charge added on.
Any used items are to be returned directly to manufacture for warranty / Replacement. if applicable (We cannot accept used items for refund or exchange)
People not wishing to get there item (miss bid / mistake / whatever) can pay a 10% (of item price) or a $2 minimum restocking fee, whichever is greater.
Shipping Mishaps
We insure all of our items for the full purchase price. If anything happens to your package in transit, please contact us ASAP. We will do everything in our power to get you an acceptable replacement or to facilitate a prompt repair. If this cannot be achieved, we will provide you with a full refund.
If the item you receive does not match the order you placed with us, please contact our Customer Service department for assistance. A representative will help you determine the best way get the correct item to you as quickly as possible.
