This is for a new Smart Parts 360 QEV. 360 QEV The only Quick Exhaust Valve that swivels 360 degrees for installation at any angle. The 360 QEV also increases cycle rates and shots per tank, while decreasing dwell and input pressure. Now rated for use with Epiphany and Epiphany conversions.     Returns: If you are needing to return an item, contact me BEFORE you send the item back. When sending the item back please include the Item #, reason for return, and anything else that I request. Generally, if an item breaks and it is covered in the manufacturers warranty, then I will refer you to the manufacturer. Also if you want to return an item for a refund, that item has to be in BRAND NEW CONDITION when it is returned. We do not refund any shipping charges and all returns will have a 20% restocking fee.   Purchasing: When you commit to buy an item, we expect the buyer to follow through with the purchasing of the item. If the buyer does not pay, then the buyer will, automatically, receive an "unpaid item reminder" after one week. If after two weeks and the item is still not paid for, then the buyer will receive an "unpaid item strike", which can lead to being kicked off eBay.  When paying by Cashier's Checks or Money Orders, please include the item number and a shipping address. Also it is a good idea to get some sort of delivery confirmation when sending Cashier's Checks or Money Orders. We will not be held responsible for lost in the mail Cashier's Checks or Money Orders. Most items will be shipped next day and will be sent out USPS. Heavier and more expensive items may be shipped with FedEx or UPS. Please note: USPS does not gaurantee delivery times and USPS tracking info usually does not update until the item is delivered. Our policy is if you do not receive your item within two weeks then we will either refund your money or send a replacement.
