This is for a new US Army Alpha Black Tactical marker Package. When sending the item back please include the Item #, reason for return, and anything else that I request. Generally, if an item breaks and it is covered in the manufacturers warranty, then I will refer you to the manufacturer. Also if you want to return an item for a refund, that item has to be in BRAND NEW CONDITION when it is returned.
