When sending the item back please include the Item #, reason for return, and anything else that I request. Generally, if an item breaks and it is covered in the manufacturers warranty, then I will refer you to the manufacturer. Also if you want to return an item for a refund, that item has to be in BRAND NEW CONDITION when it is returned. We do not refund any shipping charges and all returns will have a 20% restocking fee.   Purchasing: When you commit to buy an item, we expect the buyer to follow through with the purchasing of the item.
