these skates have been used three or four times. they're practically new. laces are not included, but you can use any laces you have around the house to lace them with. Also if you're a woman, just call them a 9.5 or a 10. There are minor cosmetic blemishes on them but they don't effect performance. The bearings and wheels are the smoothest i've ever ridden... i bought these for 225 bucks last year. Happy Bidding!
