Shipment notification is also sent to the email address given to me by paypal. Insured shipping and handling is non-negotiable and stated up front in auction. Outside the US 48 (AK,HI,PR) will cost more and the handling rate still applies. Returns are accepted within 30 days from receipt of item if it has significant issues not described as determined by us.
