Hi Folks, This is a Uncle Henry by Schrade Cutlery USA 3 Blade Stockman knife w Staglon handles.  It is marked on the front "Schrade+ 897UH USA". This knife appears to be uncarried and unsharpened, but the clip blade has light usage marks. Schrade stopped USA manufacture several years ago and moved manufacturing operations to China. This USA Schrade is a great collectible classic.
