US ARMY CAP HAT HELMET COLD WEATHER LINER OD SIZE 7 1/4 Insulated helmet liner is United States Army Issue in excellent " Gently Used " condition. Even though it's called a helmet liner and used as such, it is also used as a cold weather hat without helmet. Very warm and easily adjusted with the attached Velcro fasteners and for added protection for forehead there is a flap that folds down when needed.
