This is one of the best drop/fall away arrow rests on the market, especially for hunting. The Vital Gear Kazaway has many added features that makes it unique and the best available. These features include total arrow containment until full draw, a teflon bar for prongs to drop on to, machined aluminum rest, custom built/machined to fit Mathews risers and Mathews Roller Guard.(stock photo of similiar Kazaway, this is not the Mathews Vital Drop, slight varied to fit Mathews riser & roller guard)The Kazaway Arrow Rest number one feature is the total arrow containment. Two little "prongs" are spring loaded and actually grap the arrow in its rest position. You never have to worry about the arrow falling off the rest or falling off the bow's riser. These prongs actually grab the arrow and hold on to it. You can walk through the woods with an arrow loaded and not worry about the arrow falling off the rest. When the bow is draw, the prongs automatically pull away from the arrow and give you the perfect drop-away rest and perfect flight. Plus, if you don't take the shot... while you let your bow down the prongs actually regrab your arrow. One feature often overlooked on the Kazaway is the factory installed bar that allows the arrow holder to actually fall silently on to a quiet teflon coated metal bar. While most drop-away rests smash on to your bow's riser adding all types of added noise and vibration, the Kazaway falls silently and smoothly. These are just a few of the top-quality features.
